Cour du Dôme
Cour du Dôme is a mixed-use development located in the Saint-Cyprien district of Toulouse. The scheme includes 226 residential units, a 114-room tourist residence, and 1,000 square metres of retail space.
The development
The development provides 226 residential apartments divided into 113 market-rate units and 113 social and controlled-price housing units, alongside a 114-room Adagio hotel residence. The ground level integrates 1,000 square metres of retail and commercial space.
Designed by Taillandier Architectes Associés, the scheme incorporates traditional red brick, Caylus stone, and roof tiles that echo local Toulousain architecture. The residential layouts include dual-aspect apartments and duplex units with double-height living areas overlooking the Garonne River and historic city landmarks.
The project is located on Rue du Pont Saint-Pierre in the Saint-Cyprien neighborhood of Toulouse, adjacent to the Dôme de la Grave and Jardin Raymond VI, a 15-minute walk from the Capitole.
